Radio Baghdad Trio rejuvenates classical Iraqi tunes, mostly with Jewish heritage to it. This is their 3rd release. I was glad to record some of it and mix and master the whole album. Beautiful melodies performed live that require with very specific vintage aesthetics. I mostly utilised re-amping techniques for oud, violin and percussion through amps and catching room ambience to get this one right.
